Was Muhammad The Last Messenger?

'No'. Muhammad was not the last messenger.

Firstly, the difference between a prophet and a messenger is that a prophet brings a new revelation, while a messenger rehearses previous scripture and

refines/purifies the religion. Though all prophets are also messengers, since they rehearse the law that came down to them, all messengers are not prophets.

GOD points out three facts:

1). The hypocrites ALWAYS believe that the messenger that came to them was THE LAST ONE as pounted out in 40:34. They don't have faith that GOD will send anymore guidance and the result is that they tamper with the religion.

40:34 Joseph had come to you before that with clear revelations, but you continued to doubt his message. Then, when he died you said, "GOD will not send any other messenger after him. (He was the last messenger)!" GOD thus sends astray those who are transgressors, doubtful.

2). Prophet Muhammad was a messenger of GOD and the final prophet, but not the final messenger of GOD and the final prophet. If Muhammad was the final messenger, GOD would have said he was the final messenger, but the Quran being clear and accurate, complete and fully detailed (as stated in 6:38, 114; 7:52; 10:37; 12:111; and 19:97) simply says in 33:40 that he was one of the messengers [ '..a messenger'] and yet the final prophet. The terms are clear.

33:40 Muhammad was not the father of any man among you. He was a messenger of GOD and the final prophet. GOD is fully aware of all things.

3). GOD says in Quran in 3:81 that after all the scriptures have been delivered, a messenger would come who would confirm all scripture. An OATH was taken from the prophets to support this messenger. We learn in 33:7 that Muhammad was one of the prophets who took this oath. Thus if this messenger comes AFTER all the scripture has been delivered, then it could not be Muhammad who passed on soon after delivering the final scripture. And since Muhammad was one of the prophets who made the oath to support this messenger, it is clear that he was not this messenger nor the final messenger.

3:81: GOD took a covenant from the prophets, saying, "I will give you the scripture and wisdom. Afterwards, a messenger will come to confirm all existing scriptures. You shall believe in him and support him." He said, "Do you agree with this, and pledge to fulfill this covenant?" They said, "We agree." He said, "You have thus borne witness, and I bear witness along with you."

33:7: Recall that we took from the prophets their covenant, including you (O Muhammad), Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus the son of Mary. We took from them a solemn pledge.

{For informative purposes, this messenger already came and by GODs will I will point out his identity in the next e-mail along with the proof.}

I can't get clearer than using the Quran as evidence.

If you can argue with these facts, and still insist that Muhammad was the final messenger, you are not a believer. Simple. Either you believe GOD, or you believe your 'scholars' and put them as a god over GOD. The truth is clear from error.

Peace.

What Is Your Language?

What is your language? What is your native tounge, or simply,
what language do you understand? What are you fluent in?
Many of you see that instead of using Arabic terms, for the most
part, I use them inEnglish instead, because that's what I more easily understand.
For example, instead of Salaamun Alaikum, I say Peace or Peace be upon you.
Now, why do I do that? The answer is... because that's the right way.

Whatever language you understand, is the language that you
should be speaking when you are greeting others or praising GOD
and seeking to understand the religion as a Submitter to GOD (MUSLIM).

I don't use too much Insha'Allah, Masha'Allah, Alhamdulillah,
AllahuAkbar, Salaamun Alaikum, Wa alaikum as salaam, Subhan'Allah.
Being one who submits his/her will to GOD (Muslim), doesn't mean you
use Arabic words in day to day conversation. And being an Arab
doesn't make you Muslim.

A lot of 'Muslims' use these words, but never fully grasp their
meaning. It's not uncommon for someone to use these words, but
yet their minds are never on the religion.

There is a big difference between saying Alhamdulillah, and saying
'All praise is due to GOD' or 'Thanks to GOD' etc, if English is my native
tounge and the language that I understand. Speak your language!
GOD understands all tounges!

If you're not using a language that you fully understand (unless the
other person you're talking to understands that language and you are
wishing to learn or show respect to them) then you're not building your
mind. It's a big difference to say 'All praises are due to GOD' 'This
is a gift from GOD' 'Peace be upon you', 'May the favor of GOD be upon
you' 'The glory is GODs', than shooting off terms like a parrot that
you know the meaning of, but your mind isn't grasping it because you don't fully
comprehend. Builds your minds! There are many 'image' muslims that use these words,
and yet never really understand the religion. They would NEVER say it in the language
that they understand, because it's WAY TOO MUCH for them to do so. Get substance!
Drink the nectar of purpose and GOD-consciousness! And unless you are learning Arabic,
it's a real silly thing to be reading the Quran in Arabic thinking
you are going to save your soul, if you don't don't even know what is being said.
Utter nonsense. This is the difference between looking at the outer ornaments of a palace,
and actually entering the palace itself. Build the mind!

That brings me to another point. 'ALLAH' is not the proper name of GOD.
Sorry to bursts you bubbles. 'ALLAH' is Arabic for GOD. In fact, 'ALLAH'
is a contraction of the to Arabic words 'Al' and 'Ilah' which stand for 'The' and 'GOD'.
So instead of saying Al-ilah, one would say Allah. Much like the contractions we use in the English language, everyday. The Arab Christians know this fact all too well. 'Muslims' educate yourselves!

And Arabic isn't 'The Eternal Language', it's a language that was chosen
and directed because of it's clarity and ease of message. GOD says that
all things will be made anew/more refined, and 'all things' includes language.
If you want to be one of those who submits his/her will to GOD (MUSLIM)
then speak in the language you comprehend, if you wish to comprehend
the religion. Language is how you RELATE. How you COMPREHEND.

If Arabic is your language, great. Good for you, use it when you are talking to those who also understand Arabic. If you don't know Arabic, then speak what you know. That's the only way you will develop your mind. Let GOD take care of the rest. Don't go for the 'image' go for the substance. You will NEVER attain salvation, until you build your MIND. The Mind is the functionability of the soul. Think about it.

Let's say you had a page or writing in a language you didn't fully understand, and you had the same page translated in the language that you comprehended, and you memorized both. When you recite the one written in the language you didn't comprehend, though you knew what it was saying, to your brain you would only be reciting sounds without meaning. But when you recited the one that you fully comprehended, each word brings a specific feeling and recollection. This is the importance of praying in the language that you understand.

In 41:44 we learn that language is not a barrier, and that again Quran was written in Arabic for ease of delivery and clarity, and was destined to be translated. Stop making the religion difficult for yourselves and others, and obey GOD. That is the KEY to happiness in this life and BEYOND...

PEACE!

A MUSLIM name, is ANY NAME, regardless of language, with a good meaning.

The Case For GOD

This is just a little something to stimulate your thought...

A monotheist believes in GOD. S/he believes that the universe and all things tangible and intangible, seen and unseen, and the laws that govern them were created by GOD. S/he believes that GOD is Eternal , Omnipresent (everywhere), Omnipotent (can do anything) and Omniscient (knows everything), and that nothing exists or is sustained without HIM. Atheists, on the other hand, do not believe in GOD. They believe that the Universe and all of existence were formed by chance and sustained by the laws of nature which, being the result of the former, were also formed by chance. I do believe that it is most logical to believe in GOD for a number of reasons, some of which are:

THE CREATION:

Firstly, either everything came from NOTHING (which we know is IMPOSSIBLE) or SOMETHING ALWAYS EXISTED which created everything which exists. Nothing can only make NOTHING, therefore SOMETHING MUST HAVE EXISTED which created all that exists.

BEGINNING:

Science has proven that the Universe had a definate BEGINNING, and that it's expanding OUTWARD from a definite POINT, from which it began. Thus it BEGAN to exist. That hints at an ORIGINATOR. Thus something STARTED what was BEGUN.

MATTER, SPACE AND TIME:

The Universe is bound by Matter, Space and Time. For the Universe to be eternal (as in neither having a beginning nor an ending, and I'm using this in argument as some Atheist would like to claim the Universes eternality), then it must be outside the laws of MATTER, SPACE, AND TIME. Thus, the very Universe itself must be outside the laws of ITSELF, which is utterly impossible as the Universe is Matter, Space, and Time.

ETERNITY:

Matter, Space and Time only exists in finite (LIMITED) quantities. The moment there is TIME there is a beginning, and thus FINITIY (as opposed to Eternity which hints at neither a beginning nor an ending). As someone said, If I said I will give you a chocolate bar after switching on and off the light swich an infinite amount of times, would you ever get that chocolate bar? No, because though, in concept, I could continue on indifinately I'd never reach infinity. If something is truly infinite then it's Eternal, which, in this case means, never had a beginning or ending. So therefore Matter, Space and Time could not possibly be infinte and must have had a definate beginning. Thus whatever caused Matter, Time and Space to exist must be beyond Matter, Time and Space and thus beyond the boundaries of the Universe, which is bound by the laws of Matter, Time and Space, and thus what existed before Matter, Time and Space, must be Eternal.

DESIGN:

Everything that we see has a design. Every single component of the natural and un-natural world possesses this mark. By that, we know that whatever has design (everything) has a designer (someone who MADE it). When you see a car,you know that someone made it. When you see a house, you know that someone built it. The tree, the bird, the bee who makes the honeycomb, the flower, the mountain, the ant, you and I, the atom all have a design.

PURPOSE:

Whatever is designed serves a purpose. The eyes which you are using to read this are made so that you can see. The brain to which the eyes are connected to serves the purpose of thinking. The computer which you are viewing this blog from was put together for the specific functions for which they were made to carry out! And you are using your fingers to type. The car, and the airplane are meant to be means of transportation over long distances. The house is made to live, as a comfort and as a refuge. It's highly illogical to believe that something which serves a specific purpose came into existence all by chance, out of nowhere, without some sort of plan (and thus a planner) or design (and thus a designer). Everything serves a definate purpose, just like the car, the airplane, the house, and the computer.

NEED:

A PURPOSE is defined by a NEED. Thus if something has a purpose, then there is a need for it to exist. Since there is a need for it's existence, then there must have been a Someone who recognized/ defined it's need and created its purpose. Each aspect of the natural world has purpose, and thus a need to exist.

DEPENDENCY:

Everything is dependent upon something else. Therefore there must be a One Prime Necessary Something in which all are dependent upon and yet is dependent on none. Thus all that exists is sustained.

CONTINUITY:

Everything in the natural and un-natural world has relationship. One very simple example is the supply of air and carbon dioxide. As human beings we inhale air, and expell carbon dioxide. Trees on the otherhand inhale what we expell and expell what we breath. Thus there is a continuous supply of oxygen. Another example is that from each fruit tree, there is a seed in which contains all the information to produce another tree and thus ensuring (by GODs will)
a continuous supply of fruit. Thus food and life are sustained.

CHANCE AND INTELLIGENT DESIGN:

If you had a billion coins and threw them into the air, what is the chance that they will fall into the likeness of the Mona Lisa in every detail and by chance? Impossible. The natural world and all of creation is much more complexed than that, especially you and I who can recognize these things. Every thing needs direction. Thus for anything to exist which calls for a need, purpose and design, there must be a Creator.

LIFE:

Life only begets life. Something without life cannot produce something that has life. Something that does not exist, or does not possess the qualities of life, cannot produce something which exists and has qualities of life. Therefore if anything exists, there must be something which existed before it, up to the One Prime Necessary Something, of which all are dependent upon, but in Itself is dependent upon none. Because of that, we can conclude, that since life only begets life, that this One Prime Necessary Something is the Final Say, then it is Living and as the Final Say and as stated above, must be Eternal (beyond Matter, Space and Time).

ENERGY:

All energy that exists in this Universe has existed in the same quantity from the moment of creation in this Universe. This energy has always existed and can neither be created nor destroyed, and is everywhere, at one and the same time. If energy possesses these qualities, does this not testify to a Creator from which this energy came?

THE INNER DIMENSION:

The Mind, The Will, The Emotions, The Intellect, The Memory and Recollection, The Imagination, The knowledge of right and wrong, The concepts of Beauty and all the like points to One who created these things and placed them in us for a specific function, as each one mentioned serves a need and a purpose, and are thus designed, as all has an order, and nothing can come of itself.

HIGHER MAGNITUDE:

One who could create Mind, must have MIND, one who created Emotions must have EMOTION, one who created Intellect must have INTELLECT, one who created the
memory banks must have MEMORY, one who created the eyes, must be able to SEE etc...

SIMILARITY:

And seeing that nothing comes of itself, that a design proves the existence of a designer, that it satisfies a purpose, and that a purpose satisfies a need, that the very existance of a thing is dependent upon a sustaining factor and that it proves the existance of order, and that this order, being without chaos but with function, bears witness to a single Intelligence, we can conclude that all were Created by one and the same Being.

THE LAW OF CONTRASTS:

We know something only by the existence of its 'opposite' or complimentary nature. For example, we wouldn't know what light was, if it wasn't for the existence of the dark, and vice-versa. In fact, if one did not exist, neither would the other. There would simply be a state of being, but there would be no 'light' or 'darkness' as we know them. Therefore they both must be created things. By the same token, if our brains could not interpret either pain or pleasure, then neither would be existent.Using the same examples, the concept of 'nothingness' would in itself be nonexistent if it was not for 'somethingness'. Therefore total nothingness is an illusion, because it is only 'nothingness' if it's contrast of 'somethingness' also exists. That again tells us that 'nothingness' and 'somethingness' are both created things and alludes to the fact of a GRAND SOMETHINGNESS which always existed, beyond the definitions of 'nothingness' and 'somethingness'.

Issa Ali Mahdi

The Butterfly

GOD created the laws of nature to teach us about
ourselves, and HE tells us in Quran that HE will show us
the signs in nature and within our very selves.
GOD created the butterfly to teach us about life and
death.

The butterfly starts out as a little caterpillar and in its life it
eats certain vegetation (which we can compare to the accumulation of
knowledge, whether beneficial or harmful) to prepare it for

a transformation. Then, the caterpillar dies... It actually makes a grave
for itself (the cocoon), and then after some time, a new creature
emerges. The Butterfly represents the soul.

There are two creatures that come from caterpillars. One is the
butterfly, and the other is the moth. They are both very similar in
nature. Or are they? GOD teaches us in Quran that He will make us
a new creation, and that disbelievers will be a seperate creation from the believers.

The butterfly benefits life by pollinating the flowers which, by nature, it enjoys
to do. It is the inescapable result that the actions they enjoy produce
the good. Then the bees can further pollinate and produce honey in
which there is healing. This represents the good soul.

Then there is the moth. Indeed the moth eats the very fabrics that you
wear putting holes in them. Clothing is representative of virtue. As
virtue is a type of 'clothing'. The best clothing. Thus it is the inescapable result
that the action that they enjoy harm (or in the case of human beings, produce evil).

Some people become butterflies and enjoy the benefits of their belief,
while others are destined to become moths. From one thing (the body)
come two different creatures. The believer and the disbeliever. The one
who regards, and the one who disregards.

Verily, GOD teaches us in Quran that He creates everything in PAIRS.

The Locusts and Cicada are also two creatures created in similitudes
who represent the soul. Dormant for years at a time (the time in the
grave) One poses no threat, the other can wipe out feilds (the
garden?).

It is noteworthy to add, that once a butterfly develops in the cocoon,
small or large, that this is it's state forever. It will no longer
grow. I do not know if this has any true relevance... but build up your
soul the best you can now, and be among those nearest to GOD. By GODs
will. As GOD alludes in Quran, once we 'SEE' the test would be over,
then there are no more 'scores'.

Peace,
Issa Ali Mahdi

The Archer (part I)

Likened to that of an archer then GOD-consciousness is the cause. Chastity is the bow. Intelligence is the arrow. GOD-reverence is the tension. Righteousness is the release. and Perfection is the aim.

Human goodness is seperating ones-self from what one knows to be wrong. And Human perfection stems from a constant God-reflectant state.

There are nothing like these:

Nothing greater than GOD-Consciousness. It is the root cultivation of positive energy, and without it, nothing great is ever achieved.

Nothing Mightier than Faith. Without unshakable conviction, there is no realization, and without realization nothing is actualized.

Nothing stronger than Truth. Truth is The Reality. Without Truth, there is no root. Too many look to the leaves, the branches and the flowery array. Without the root, all shall wither. But when you keep to the root, you understand all of it's blossomings.

Nothing as dynamic as Purity. This is the refiners fire of consciousness. How many are powerful enough to cultivate and hold it's sacred fire?

Nothing more powerful than Love. Love is the culmination and the fulfilment. The crown of spiritual soverienity and the accelerating movement on the path.

Might, wisdom and understanding. Pearls within pearls through the chord of GOD-reverence which is the beginning of Wisdom (knowledge + understanding).

In GOD reverence you develop a Fearless Might, like an arrow of light cutting through the falsehoods and negativities (the darkness) of the world, in which nothing can shake you except GOD Himself.

Prayer. This is your food. Nurture your soul. Because you commune with GOD you gain spiritual insight. You wouldn't starve your physical body, why the soul? And truthfully, the strong soul will strengthen the body.

Quran. This is the drink of varying flavors, given the circumstance and your readiness to taste. The word of GOD increases ones knowledge in proportion to the readiness of the reader. The more you read it, you get something new from it. It is like a blossom in which the dew increases in proportion to the opening of the bud, and it's thirst is quenched.

Chastity. This is the key to all inner-knowledge. Chastity (be patient until the union of marriage) is a kind of work that makes it's presence known in the physical body. Like steam from a fire, without the intellect rising above the sensuality, there is no understanding, there is no light. This too, is a gift.

Friendship. Brotherhood is the heartbeat of righteousness. Join together with those who are also chaste and monotheistic. Whomever you choose as a friend, you will find/develop a piece of them within yourself. Be forewarned, choose wisely the chaste and monotheistc (these two together). Be kind, intelligently, but choose only these as your friends.

And keep in your store of knowledge that in all aspects of life, you shall find all things at GOD.

Peace be upon you,
Issa Ali Mahdi

There are many who eat and drink, but few who truly know flavor.
